Why we use PFA
We use the high-quality plastic PFA (perflouralkoxy polymer) for the following reasons:
- high resistance to chemicals, which is why it is used to a large part in the chemical and food industries
- temperature-resistant with a temperature range from -100°C to 200°C
- excellent mechanical properties
- excellent electrical properties
Flowmenters lined with PFA meet all food regulations under GE-Law, BGVO, LFBG and FDA.
Dimensional stability and strength
Optimum hold due to mesh inserts
A secure and dimensionally accurate fit of the plastic lining is achieved by using perforated plate or expanded metal inserts, which are welded to the inner walls of the measuring tube and ensure an optimum hold for the lining. In addition, our lining is anchored to the flange diameter, which is achieved by turning various grooves in the workpiece.

We mainly manufacture linings for electromagnetic flowmeters, which are used in the following areas.

Our linings come into contact with highly sensitive media and must therefore meet all food regulations.
Chemical industry
Aggressive media mean that our linings must be able to withstand heavy loads and have a high level of chemical resistance.

We can coat flowmeters with PFA in production sizes DN 3 to DN 300 and in any process connections.
